Breakfast hot bread with quail eggs, salmon, avocado

Lightly salted salmon
Quail eggs
Cream cheese
Avocado
Lemon pepper
Dill or seedlings

Preparation

1. Lightly toast and spread with cream cheese.

2. Boil quail eggs for 2 minutes and peel.

3. Arrange salmon, quail egg halves and avocado slices over the bun. Sprinkle with lemon peppers and pair with sprouts or dill.
