Snack buns with cream cheese, boiled beets, balsamic and dill  

Sastāvdaļas
"Maiziņš" rye buns
Boiled beets
Balsamic cream
Soft goat cheese or cream cheese
Olive oil

Preparation

1. Cut small squares out of the bun or cut circles with a glass.

2. Sprinkle the bread with olive oil and toast.

3. Cut beets into small pieces.

4. Put the goat cheese in balls.

5. On each bun put a small piece of beet, a ball of cheese and a pair of basil and a drop of balsamic cream.
