With brie cheese, fried mushrooms, thyme and lemon
1. Fry slices of mushrooms in a small amount of oil in a pan.
2. Spread the bread with butter, make a slice of sliced cheese.
3. Arrange mushroom slices and thyme leaves over it.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until the cheese has melted.
5. Grate lemon zest and serve hot.
