WHOLE GRAIN Bread with vegetables and nuts

Preparation

1. Spread humus on both sides of Maiziņš in a thin layer;

2. Cut boiled beets and cucumbers into thick slices, place on both sides of the bread;

3. Slices are supplemented with sliced strawberries;

4. Pour over the arugula and peeled pumpkin seeds;

5. Garnish with walnuts at the end;

6. Pour in the pumpkin seed oil.
